Roasted Almonds (190 g) Roast 215 g for 30 minutes
at 300 degrees
Roasted Sunflower Seeds (160 g) Roast 175 g for 20 minutes at 300 degrees
Royal Jelly Powder- (40g)
Put the proper weights of the Roasted Almonds, Roasted Sunflower Seeds, and Royal Jelly into the Food Processor. Chop and mix to a fine consistency. Weigh the whole mixture and put half into the food processor for the first batch.2) Then stop the processor and add the dry ingredients followed by the water and mix throughly in the food processor to an even and smooth texture
3) Here's where it gets tricky. Next gradually add in the additional Brewer's Yeast and continue to mix and finely chop the mixture. If the food processor bogs down, give it a rest. It can overheat. You may even have to add a little water. It is best to add about two thirds of the remaining yeast and mix it to a very creamy texture and then throw in the last bit which you simply cannot mix very thoroughly because it is so thick. Mix to a creamy consistency with no evidence of flakes of brewer's yeast and then store in two round containers.
